Privacy policy when using our website
Data transmitted through the browser/internet technology
Your visit to our web pages will be logged. The IP address, date and time currently used by your device, the browser type and the operating system of your device as well as the pages you have visited are recorded. A personal reference is usually not possible. This data are collected only for data security purposes and to optimize our website. Any other evaluation of the data, with the exception of statistical purposes and then in anonymous form, will not take place.

On strackla.com we use only cookies that are strictly necessary for the operation of the service. No consent is required for these under § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG. We do not use third-party cookies, nor any tracking or analytics cookies.

Purposes and legal basis
We process your personal data to initiate and handle business relationships, including order processing through our customer portal. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (contract or pre-contractual measure). We also process data to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6 (1) lit. c GDPR) and on the basis of legitimate interests (Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR), in particular for IT security, business development and informing existing customers about comparable products and services of our own. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time.
Recipients
Within our company, only those departments receive your data that need it to perform their tasks. We engage external service providers under data processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, in particular for hosting, shipping and payment processing. Data is otherwise transmitted to third parties only when we are legally required to do so.
Data security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, alteration and unauthorised access by third parties.
Storage period
We store your personal data only as long as it is required for the respective purpose. After that we delete it, unless statutory retention obligations apply – in particular the commercial and tax retention periods of up to 10 years (§ 257 HGB, § 147 AO).
Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21) at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact edv@liftnet.org.
