Light grids

STRACK has been developing and producing light grids and safety light grids in Germany since 1991 – compact, versatile and standard-compliant for lifts, gates and industry.

ILG

The fully automatic light grid in a slim design with 5 m or 10 m range

The ILG is the only slim light grid on the market that combines a huge variety in the lowest price segment with wide technical possibilities. But don't worry: it is first of all a normal light grid - just connect and you're done.

ILGA

The fully automatic light grid with flat shape

The ILGA extends the ILG product range by a flat version turned through 90° which can be screwed or clamped on, in or behind a wall. It is also as „flat as a pancake“.

ILGT

The safety light grid for power operated gates – also secure directly the wing path of vertically moved gates

The ILGT is the safety light grid for all power operated gates up to a width of 12 m. It is an ESPE type 2 or an AOPD type 2, SIL 1, Cat. 2, Performance level c and can be used as the sole sealing device of power-operated gates. In addition, it can be installed directly into the guide rail for gates of vertically moved gates. The gate is provided with comprehensive mobility at a closing speed of 0.02 to 6 m/s.

LTܲ

The safety light grid for goods lifts

The safety light grid LTܲ serves as a replacement for cabin doors of goods lifts with a travel speed of no more than 0.85 m/s. Basis for this is the resolution of the German Lift Committee (Deutscher Aufzugausschuss - DAA) no. 6/34, which is fully met. The proven LTܲ system is easy to integrate in all existing lift control systems. And accompanied by a clever mounting kit and adjustment auxiliaries, it is convenient to use. The integration into the respective lift control system is largely identical, since only signals are used which are available in all control systems.

Ex-LTܲ

The safety light grid for goods lifts in explosion hazard areas

The Ex-LTܲ safety light grid is used as a replacement for cabin doors for explosion-proof goods lifts with a travel speed of up to 0.85 m/s. This is based on decision no. 6/34 of the German Lift Committee (DAA), which is fulfilled in all respects.
